I visited my good friend Rekka in Dallas over Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time hanging out - going to good restaurants, shopping, watching movies, and lounging in general. Although hot and humid, it was the perfect way to spend the weekend!

Doug and I had our hardwood floors sanded and refinished over the past week. This consisted of our dining room and entryway. Our house was built in 1977 and we doubt the floors have ever been refinished. They turned out great - I think they look brand new again!
A couple of weekends ago, Cory, Jamie, Kaylynn, Doug, and I were all able to go to a Rockies baseball game together. It's rare that it works for all of our schedules to allow that! We watched the Rockies beat Cory's beloved Minnesota Twins.
