From Skiing to Swimming

March has been full of fun for us including a few days of skiing.  The boys are getting to be great little skiers!

Lydia loves to join the Lego table.

And when the thermometer hit 73 degrees, the obvious thing to do was get out the pool!  So we did.

I think she loves her brothers.

What We've Been Up To

I've been a neglectful blogger and picture taker the past couple of months, but here are some of our happenings.

First, the kids and I had our own Super Bowl party where we taught Lydia the sign for "touchdown!"

Then, it was Valentine's Day and I got creative with their pancakes that morning.

Uncle Pete came to visit in February and we took the kids ice-skating.  Lydia liked watching.

That's Kaylynn in the pink hat and James in the red sweatshirt.

And Charlie in the orange sweatshirt.

And lastly, we've had lots of snow the past couple of weeks which has resulted in giant icicles.

And snowmen with glow sticks for the eyes!

Christmas

Christmas morning was packed full of excitement, wrapping paper, and new toys.  All 3 kids had a great time seeing their new treasures.

Then we journeyed to South Dakota for more Christmas.  I neglected my camera most of the time we were there, but I did get a good picture of Charlie with his new drumsticks and the kids while we were at Wall Drug.

Halloween

Since Halloween is now a week-long holiday, we enjoyed several festivities leading up to the big night out.

First up, a parade and pumpkin patch with Kaylynn, Cory, and Jamie

Then pumpkin carving...

 Charlie's preschool parade and party...

And finally it was Halloween night!
The cutest lion ever.

Aunts Jeanene, Susan, and Tricia dressed up at witches to take James, Nathan, Charlie, and Lydia out for the night.
